9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy will be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) in Shanghai for arbitration in accordance with CIETAC’s arbitration rules then in force. There will be one (1) sole arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in both Chinese and English languages. The arbitration award will be final and binding on both parties. The losing party shall assume the arbitration costs of the prevailing party, including all reasonable attorney fees.
